((***The abrupt transfer without sufficient notice (came on the spur of the moment), shifting to a Ministry which she thinks would conceal her opportunities, the ex female boss kept bugging at her (she has out shined "her" and causing paranoia to "her" - she was always blatantly shut up in important meetings, purposely embarrassed, belittle her excellent performance, envy her constant TV and media appearance, etc. etc. etc.***))
Alhamdulillah she is calmer, LET GO!, pasrah and ready to start anew in another Ministry while still maintaining her government official car, JUSA C, all the perks and news of her getting to travels abroad a lot ...
S=the Strength she has is : always passionate and swiftly adaptable to her new task, instant collaboration with subordinates, able to contribute extensively to the new sector/industry and her intelligence is well beyond comprehension.
O=Opportunity is readily created for her as she is sincere in her performance and always get what she wants from Allah. Has excellent rapport with overseas contacts for she has vast experience handling foreign delegates and through her representation abroad. Goods seed always grow on good soils!
I=Improvement to excel further, be more productive, innovative, creative and an excellent asset to the government.
F: she definitely has strong Faith in her doings, believing in her strength, able to apply her knowledge towards her new task, opportunities, abilities and skills.
I led her to "remove" her lady boss's image using "funny face" method (please put the correct term to this) and as of yesterday "she" became an old tired looking "lioness" ... She managed to laugh at this new image. Alhamdulillah she talks less of her like the first three days.
Now, Alhamdulillah she knows SOIF is IN her. I wish her well and lets all wish her well. Aameen.TQ
