This is the Coach Model we use in Accenture, which is why we use the term Learning Coach (my role) as compared to Learning Facilitator. However, when a coach is in a particular mode, they become Learning Mentors, Learning Facilitators, Learning Teachers and Learning Managers.

Yatie Ramlee hmm..here is my rationale : why teacher angin? sebab cikgu mudah naik angin dengan karenah anak-anak muridnya terutama sekali murid sekolah menengah :)). why Mento Api? sebab mentor peranan dia membakar semangat mentee-menteenya. why Facilitator Air? sebab tugas dia facilitate saja, the decision terpulang pada participants. why Manager Tanah? sebab, sebab, sebab errrr...??? (entah tak tahu)

Mohd Nadzrin Wahab Hahahahahaha... not bad! Traditional Greek elemental studies don't refer to Tanah as the earth under our feet, nor Air as real water. They were analogies for the four states of matter: Tanah (Solid), Api (Plasma), Air (Liquid), Angin (Gas). These are the actual references and meaning behind them.

Solid means full guidance, including what to do and how to do.

Liquid means only guidance.

Gas means only information without guidance.

Plasma means guidance by experience.

Mohd Nadzrin Wahab You're welcome Kak. It's not mine to begin with :) It's yours to dissect and adjust to your needs. Try to also see it's applications in leadership, problem solving and interpersonal interactions (the elemental model, not the Coach model)

Mohd Nadzrin Wahab Thus far, there HAS been a lab every month, in July there were 2! Or are you specifically referring to the elements lab? Quid pro quo, what would your lab be about? :)
