Selepas perbincangan dengan student UUM dalam subjek training maka satu perkongsian dalam Pembelajaran Dewasa itu mempunyai 9 Prinsip Utama yang diinamakan RAMP2FAME. Dalam prinsip ini memberikan penekanan bagaimana kita harus merangkakan methodologi dan mengendali sessi pembelajaran di mana audiance kita adalah orang2 dewasa. Orang dewasa mempunyai gaya pembelajaran yang tersendiri di mana para PLF juga harus "customized" kan modul latihan yang sesuai dengan gaya pembelajaran mereka~♥ — at ‎Mahligaiku@Kg Melayu Subang

    - Recency: Currency and validity of information shared
    - Appropriateness: Rele
    vance of materials, delivery channel and interaction
    - Motivation: Primary drive of learners to acquire and understand the information, either for career development, personal resolution or curiosity
    - Primacy: I had to look for a dictionary definition for this one. It refers to the Office Of The Church Primate (possibly the Pope). I don't know what it refers to here.
    - 2 Way Communication: A democratic and egalitarian learning environment of idea sharing
    - Feedback: Receiving and giving of points for improvement
    - Active Learning: The use of discussions, debates, comparisons and contrasts to achieve understanding of the information
    - Multi-sense-learning: Understanding the information through the excitement of as many of the neurological senses as possible.
    - Exercise: Case studies, role-plays and problem solving to effect application of understanding.
