Lesson Learnt For PLFs: Plan what you anchor in other people's minds. Anchors can take on a life of its own and eventually become a meme (like the Bangau), and make your learning sessions a fun, happy one, or it can become a virus that will demotivate and dediscipline your class. As an example, the Brad Pitt anchor is one that will continually be referenced and never go away, irrespective of how much hypnosis training the anchorer receives. It now has a life of its own.
