Dear colleagues,
A typical day in office would be to interview prospecting candidates. These are 2nd level interviews after sessions with their respective hiring managers.
To cut a long story short, most candidates were made caught of guard with my probes. My interviews questions are mostly about attitude since the knowledge part I expect to be covered in the first.
Candidates got stunned with the statements put forward, some examples … "Sebenarnya saya tak menjemput dan saya tak menghalau anda untuk menyumbang tenaga dan pengalaman disini ...", “saya memerlukan penyumbang bukannya pekerja …”, “syarikat ini mengalami aliran tunai yang teruk dan pernah dalam sejarah lewat membayar gaji 2 bulan berturut turut …”, “bukan saya yang memberi rezeki pekerjaan kepada kamu disini tetapi Allah, saya hanya pemudah cara” …
Fast forward … now that I have learned SOIF … so powerful … so compelling … it serves as the best framework for my interviews … future candidates will be SOIFed … faithless no more!
